2008 Westlake Summer Day Camp

Westlake  Summer Day Camp is summer fun geared towards the younger school-aged child (5-7 years).   Children are treated to a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities.  These activities include swim lessons and free play in the private on-site pool, archery, arts & crafts, outdoor sport activities, cooking, field games, creative play experience and more. The above activities are supplemented with  2 to 3 exciting field trips. Our experienced and caring staff are selected with particular emphasis on childcare experience, caring personalities and nurturing attitude. Counselors strive to fill each day with  activities that help campers  improve skills and create great memories. Children bring their own lunch but are provided with morning and afternoon snacks.  The program meets from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. daily. With  short terms, the schedule allows almost everyone to take advantage of this fun-filled summer program.    This camp has very limited enrollment.

Term 1 -  June 2 - June 27 (4 weeks)
Term 2  - *June 30 - July 25 (4 weeks)
Term 3  - July 28 - August 22 (4 weeks)

Discounts  10% on additional children and is calculated on the lesser tuition.

To Register $100 Deposit per child per term.  This fee is part  the the total tuition.

Refunds   All fees are non-refundable or  transferable. 

Billing   The balance of the tuition is due 30  days prior to the  first day of camp.  A reminder will be mailed to each family.  Families will  forfeit their place in camp if the tuition is not received  20 days prior to the start of camp.

Prorate   None

NSF   $30 fee for returned checks.

Pickup  Children must be picked up prior to 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., a  late fee    may be charged.
