Crenshaw Athletic Club is proud to provide special gymnastic and/or swimming parties for children ages 4-10 years. Parties start in the Crenshaw Cottage located just in front of the main Crenshaw building or in a special party room located inside the main building. Within a few minutes, instructors will come and take children into the facility for fun and games in the area of choice. Because of the limited amount of time available, Crenshaws only schedules a few parties per weekend; two or three on Saturday and two on Sunday. Party slots fill quickly, so don't delay, call today for more information.
Booking: Ronda is the only person who will formally book parties even though anyone in the office will be happy to answer questions. Ronda works from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on weekdays. Spots cannot be held over the phone.
Reservations: Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. Bookings are made two full months in advance. (ie March is booked beginning January 1) If an emergency occurs, a 48 hour notice is needed to re-schedule. Cancellation of a party will result in the loss of the deposit.

Cost: Gym or Swim Parties - (1-10 children, $60 base fee plus $5.00 per child) (11-20 children, $80 base fee plus $5 per child) (21-30 children [gym only] $100 base fee plus $5.00 per child)
Gym & Swim Parties - (1-10 children, $95 base fee plus $5.00 per child) (11-20 children, $140 base fee plus $5 per child) Maximum number of children in the pool during a party is 20.
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to reserve a party. The deposit is returned if the cottage is cleaned after the party and a short parent survey is completed and returned to the office. Cleaning supplies are provided at the cottage. Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit..
Ages: Boys or girls ages 4-10 years. Parents of children who are 4 or 5 are required to supply one adult per 10 children to assist with the instructors. Parents will not be teaching, but will be assisting in maintaining a safe atmosphere.
Teachers: There will be one teacher assigned per 10 party goers.
Party Length: Each party will be given a 3 hour slot. The ideal length of the party is two hours with the swim and gym parties lasting slightly longer. Parents may show up 15-20 minutes early to decorate and should be finished cleaning up with 30 minutes after the party is finished.
Release Forms: A Party Invitation, Map and Release form are supplied with each party. It is required that every child has a signed release form to participate. If you are already invited to party and have misplaced your release form, click here to print another form.
What to Bring: Parents should bring refreshments, cameras, paper plates, goodie bags and decorations if desired.
Activities:
The Gymnastics party is completely structured. Instruction lasts about 45-50 minutes with activities on trampoline, obstacle course, "pit" time, climbing wall and games. Children will enjoy themselves more if they dress comfortably for all of the activities.
The Swimming party will be mostly free swim. The instructors will provide safety rules at the beginning. Crenshaws does provide a wide variety of toys which the children are welcome to use. There is a change area in the cottage or at Crenshaws should it be cold outside.
